The Oregon Convention Center and Metro, a metropolitan service district organized under the laws of the State of Oregon and the Metro Charter, located at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, is hereby requesting sealed bids for General Contracting to be used at multiple Metro sites and facilities.

Sealed bids are due no later than 2:00 p.m., August 26, 2026, at BidLocker https://bidlocker.us/details/6315_Itb_4619_General_Contracting___Maintenance_And_Repairs.

Voluntary pre-bid site walks for all potential contractors are scheduled on July 31 and August 4. Details and RSVP at BidLocker. Interested sub-contractors are also invited. A voluntary pre-bid conference will be held on Zoom at 1:00 pm. on July 31, 2026 at:

Services are requested on a scheduled basis and may be requested on an emergency basis if needed. This will include sites and venues owned by Metro.

Maintenance and repairs services would include, but are not limited to:

• Patching

• Carpentry

• Masonry

• Sign installation

• Light interior fix-up work

• Finish carpentry

• General metal work

• Build/repair/install concessions upgrades

• General building maintenance

• Wood paneling maintenance

Metro intends to utilize each contract awarded equally, however, there is no guarantee of work on any contract. Task/Project award will be based on several factors, including but not limited to capacity/availability, individual project quotes, appropriate scope fit to individual contractors, and on-going performance assessment.

Metro may accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, or waive irregularities not affecting substantial rights if such action is deemed in the public interest.
