General Notice
City of Mt. Angel (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
Birch Street Waterline Replacement

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at Mt. Angel Public Works located at 905 W Marquam St, Mt. Angel, OR 97362 or mailed to PO Box 960, Mt. Angel, OR until May 6, 2026, at 2:00pm local time. No late bids will be accepted. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. Subcontractor Disclosure form must be submitted to receiving office by 4:00pm on May 6, 2026.
The Project includes the following Work:
The work shall be performed within the City of Mt. Angel in Marion County, Oregon. The project location is on Birch Street between Taylor Street and East Marquam Street. The work to be performed includes furnishing and installing approximately 1158 lineal feet of water distribution piping, consisting of approximately 908 lineal feet of 12-inch PVC waterline. The project also includes the furnishing and installation of approximately 250 lineal feet of 1” copper tubing and reconnecting water services within the project location to the new distribution piping.
Owner anticipates the project has an expected duration of 4 months.

Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.
Pre-bid Conference
A Pre-Bid Conference will not be held. All Bidders are encouraged to visit the Site.
